Eucalyptus

#On the frontend
sudo apt-get install eucalyptus-cloud eucalyptus-cc eucalyptus-walrus eucalyptus-sc

#On the compute node:
sudo apt-get install eucalyptus-nc

Go to the web interface:

https://[IP]:8443
admin / admin

Click on the "Credentials" tab. Download your credentials. Unzip them:

unzip -d ~/.euca ~/Downloads/euca2-admin-x509.zip

Make sure you have things listening on the right ip:

/etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus-ipaddr.conf

Click on "Store", click on "Search", try to install an image into your S3 store (walrus). If you get:

"Proxy failed to retrieve Eucalyptus credentials"

This means walrus is not able to connect. Make sure it is on the right ip, maybe restart its publication.
